Refund Policy

Prentice gives every paid guide a 30-day refund window.

If you purchase a guide and decide it was not useful for your decision process, email support@prentice.training within 30 days of purchase and include the purchase email or Stripe receipt.

If you find a verified factual mistake in a paid guide, we refund the purchase price. Include the guide page, the specific claim, and the official source or evidence we should check.

Refund requests are handled manually so we can fix the guide and keep the support path direct.
